Free Weekly Runs

Every semester RUSH facilitates free weekly runs on or around Campus. Come meet up with your fellow runners for some casual physical activity together! Stretch, warm up, hang out and run with others.  RUSH members and non-members are welcome to participate. You do not have to signup anywhere, just meet our Running Coaches, Sohaib and Marty at the doors of the Van Vliet Center closest to SUB. The runs are usually around 3-8 km depending on the group and lasts for 25-40 min. We run inside if it is too cold or too icy. Before your first run, you must sign a waiver which Sohaib distributes before the group run starts.

 

Running schedule for Fall/Winter 2023/2024

  • Mondays 8.30AM and 4PM

  • Wednesdays 4PM

  • Fridays 4PM
